Inspired by midsummer celebrations that start with a lazy breakfast in bed propped up by down-filled pillows, flower crowns just because, a three-day weekend among lakes, pine trees and red cottages, the feeling of slow living lingering into the week, pasta at a sunbathed Roman trattoria in NYC where the social set brunches, a big glass of green juice and a brave couple of wheatgrass shots, curling up in a sunny spot and inwardly purring. Romance is sometimes as simple as wide open windows, a warm breeze and lying at opposite ends of the couch reading.
